Severe thunderstorms are not forecast across the Lower 48 states
tonight.
...Synopsis...
Water-vapor imagery shows a large-scale mid-level trough with
embedded disturbances over the central Gulf Coast and over the OH
Valley early this evening.The larger-scale trough will pivot
eastward tonight towards the East Coast.In the low levels, a cold
front will continue southeast across the southern part of the FL
Peninsula and move into the FL Straits.A few weak thunderstorms
are possible over southern LA early this evening, mainly this
evening in parts of FL, and in the Mid-Atlantic states extending
into southern New England later tonight.
