...NO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AREAS FORECAST...
...SUMMARY...
Isolated thunderstorms remain possible along the coastal southern
California vicinity, and from northeast Oklahoma into the Ozarks
overnight.
...01z Update...
The 10 percent general thunderstorm area was trimmed some across
southern CA based on latest guidance and current convection.
Isolated thunderstorms will continue to be possible overnight near
and just inland from the coast.
The general thunderstorm area across OK and the Ozarks vicinity also
was modified and shifted a bit northward. Latest guidance indicates
the best chance for a few lightning flashes will occur a bit further
north on the nose of stronger warm advection and midlevel
moistening. Severe thunderstorms are not expected.
