Besides having forwarding partners send you bulletins specific to your area
like @CA, @NOAM and @WW you can ask for specific bulletin flood areas or
all of the specialty (non-geographic area) bulletins. I have forwarding
partners in Europe, but they do not send me @EU bulletins as they are not
intended for systems outside of that area. Of course, I would not send them
any bulletins that are for geographic areas that are not @EU or @WW. You can
