For my utility, here the JNOS2 is setup for accepting
any stuff and also be able to receive msgs without any
BID, in this case it supplies one.
There are some frequent cases that forwarding via
NetRom nodes or worst pseudo-nodes that can destroy
the compressed forwarding and the BID too: this is
*probably* the question in cause, now.
Another thing don't related to this failure is the
fact that, as you all can see, no one of the BPQ
r-lines above carry any BID (no comment): only
the two JNOS2 (I0OJJ and N2NOV) are able reveal
this fact.
